By placing an order or using this website you agree to these terms. Please read them before you check out.

Pre-orders and pickup

• All pre-orders require at least 24 hours notice; we bake to order.
• Orders are pickup only at 12955 South Fwy, Ste B-11, Houston, TX 77047, inside the Cube Smart. Call or text 346-395-9504 when you arrive and we will let you in.
• Please pick up during the time slot you selected. Items not collected on the scheduled day may be discarded and are not refundable.
• Same-day delivery is offered through third-party platforms, which set their own fees, timing, and policies.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. Payment is collected at checkout through Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

• To change or cancel an order, contact us at least 24 hours before your pickup time and we will refund or reschedule where we can.
• Because everything is made fresh to order, cancellations inside 24 hours may not be refundable.
• If something is wrong with your order, tell us within 24 hours of pickup and we will make it right.

Allergens and food safety

Our treats are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee any item is allergen free. Tell us about allergies in your order notes, and please refrigerate perishable items promptly.

Memberships (Treat Club)

Memberships bill monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and does not refund the current period. Member benefits may change with notice.

Affiliate and creator program

Participation is governed by the creator agreement you sign when you join. Commissions are earned on completed, non-refunded orders. Commissions tied to refunded or disputed orders are reduced or reversed. We may end participation for fraud, misleading claims, or missing disclosures.

Floating brunch and rentals

Brunch packages and equipment rentals are subject to availability, deposits, and the specific package policies shown at booking. Rented equipment must be returned clean and undamaged.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse this site, place fraudulent orders, or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Texas law governs these terms.
