• Order details — your name, email address, phone number, chosen items, pickup date and time, and any notes you add to an order.
• Account details — if you create an account for the Treat Club or the affiliate program, we store your email address and program activity.
• Payment details — payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered directly with Stripe and is never stored on our systems. We receive only a confirmation, the amount, and the last four digits of the card.
• Usage information — basic technical data such as pages visited, browser type, and referral or discount codes used, so we can keep the site working and credit affiliates correctly.

How we use it

• To prepare, confirm, and hand over your pre-order.
• To send order confirmations and status updates (confirmed, preparing, ready).
• To manage memberships, coupons, referral credits, refunds, and disputes.
• To answer your questions and improve our menu and website.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make the site work — our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider, and our hosting and database provider — and when the law requires it.

Retention

We keep order and account records for as long as needed to run the business and meet tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You may ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sending marketing messages. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Order status emails are transactional and are sent for every order.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep your cart, your sign-in session, and any referral code you arrived with. We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date.
